I am entering the fat secret. My epilepsy medication has caused me to plummet from a size 6 in 2010 to a size 18 now. I can't even go shopping for clothes without crying. I will be 60 in 2015. I have decided that my birthday gift to myself will be getting into shape. I am working out and am starting to eat on the Mediteranean Diet. Our two children can not grow up without a mother.
