Missed yesterdays logging food and journal ... so heres some of it...
Did housework for four hours and drank only water .. then went to a wonderful Valentines day dinner with my husband where I ate fan fried snapper with some heavenly sauce that HAD to be extremely fattening! Drank water and had a strawberry skinny mojito which said under 200 calories
. All in all it could have been worse but I couldnt tell ya how many calories I consumed.
Thankfuly I didnt gain and weighed myself this morninng ...178.5
Tomorrow I will be back on track ....

Taking it easy today due to soreness in legs . Tomorrow will start on weights and will use a variety from now on even though my first choice is walking/running .
Will have to force myself to do sit ups as I truely hate them ..but NEED them .
Great advice from my new "buddies" !

Cleaned out the garage for about 2 hrs today, mopped my tile and hardwood floor, and then went for a 30 minute walk. Came back and threw together some chili I copied from Wendys . The proceded to eat WAY too much of it but man it was good ..lol . The only thing that may save me from gaining is that I didnt eat much today ..but we'll see ...
Did cut out the crackers and butter I normaly would have with it though ..
