Forgive me body for I haven't followed my fitness routine for a month. I went back to the gym last week after 1 month of eating whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted it, but finally something click when I was trying some clothes and they were not as flattering on me, also I was feeling out of breath after a simple walk in the park. At the gym It took me 50 min to finish a 30 min cardio session due to all the breaks I had to take, it's astonoshing how easily the bad habits can creep up on you if you let it happen, I guess the key is to catch it on time before it becomes harder to get back to the good habits.

1st Day of the Month and it is Monday, it could not be better start! I am planning my binge eating, basically my plan is to lose 10lbs in 5 weeks so I can go on holidays to Italia and eat everything I want with no remorse and then come back to my ideal weight. Kids don't do this at home, leave it to the professionals.
