Still doing great on the intuitive eating. I love it.
Even amid times of stress and being busy, I can stick with this! I have been super busy all week with vacation bible school, and I am SO NERVOUS teaching a class, but I haven't binged once since starting this, or eaten standing in front of the refrigerator. I still ocassionally find myself giving into eating for other reasons than true hunger, in fact I did today, I had a fudgsicle and a graham cracker with icing when I just wanted something sweet, no hunger involved. But when I do it, I do so with the awareness of why I am doing it and give myself full permission to have it, no guilt. I also keep in mind that when I eat for reasons other than hunger, I will probably not have as clear for satisfaction signals, so portion control is key! I also wait until the next time I am TRULY hungry for the next time i eat anything after I eat emotionally. I haven't been doing so as much as I used to so that's something. Small steps!
My weight hasn't gone down any more but I'm happy with where I am! My schedule hasn't given me much time to exercise this week, but I have been squeezing some in here and there. I hope to increase the frequency and intensity of my workouts soon.

I'm SOOOOO BAD!! Well I guess I'll work on the no weighing thing NEXT week...but come on. My chart has been spiking up and down so much, if I wake up feeling skinny(which hasn't happened in a WHILE) instead of waking up feeling bloated and fat, yeah I'm going to be curious! he he..oh well. ;)
By the way, for dinner last night I had french toast with maple syrup, candied pecans, butterscotch sauce and BUTTER!!! with a scoop of ice cream on the side!
I had carrot sticks and peanut butter for an evening snack. YUM I LOVE NOT DIETING!!

Holy crap I can't beleive it! I know I'm not "supposed to weigh" but you know me, rules are made to be broken!! I would have been just as happy to stay the same, but this is a great confidence boost! I feel pretty good right now. I need to make sure I don't weigh too often though. I don't want the scale to tell me how I should feel from day to day.
This system works so awesome. Eat when you are hungry, stop when satisfied..who knew???
