Well I fell off my diet for a week and half while my step daughters were here and we were on vacation going here going there and enjoying great food, back on track tomorrow morning. I will weigh in and start again. It's my first time on a serious diet, I have to learn how to stay on a diet while vacationing and in the company of others who love to eat. Hopefully I don't weigh the same as I started, if so I won't beat myself up, I can do this.

I lost 2 lbs. my 2nd week, I'm a little slacking this week already. I'm not use to portioning my meals when I go out to eat. Yesturday we went to Wahoo's and I ordered the same thing my MIL ordered, two fish tacos, white beans and brown rice. I ate most of all of it. : ( I should of ordered just one taco and ate a small amount of rice and beans, then we went for yogurt icecream and I added carmel and a few sweet toppings I should of not added the extra : ( Till again. Get right back on track.

Well today was a great day, I got up and surprised my honey by making him an egg sandwich to eat on his way to work then and that was at 4:00AM, cralled back into bed and went into a deep sleep again, I normally get up around 6:45 but I didnt' get up till 8:00, got up had my coffee and made breakfast and hit the stepper then got ready to run errands, did my hair really nice and applied makeup and out the door I went, after I ran the errands I needed to run I stopped by the library to check out some books as I was brousing through the books this guy walks towards me and stops and says to me "You are Beautiful" Ya I was like WOW he was soo flirting with me and he says your husband must be a lucky man I say back I am lucky woman to have a man like my husband LOL. I really needed that today, totally made my day "I still Got It" all smiles. Hee Hee

I want to cry, I feel sooo fat right now like I put back on my weight, seriously I feel like Im back at 169 again. UGH : ( Feeling Better, did Biggest Loser work out.

WO, I sooo overdid it with the calories today, Need to watch my intake of food, I bought fruit to add to my diet, I guess I should of ate more fruit rather than the chips. I'll get up early and try my best to do a good work out. It's almost like going to the grocery store with a 100 dollars and you thought you stayed around 100 to find out at the counter you went over. I hate when that happens. : (
