I started over..... again. Just turned 50, doesn't feel like I'm that age though. This body really needs a major change. My goal is to lose 1-2 lbs a week until I reach my ultimate weightloss goal of 100lbs. I'm doing low carb, which seems to be the meal plan that my tummy likes. When I eat too many carbs in in the bathroom way too much. I'm taking 10+ times a day off not more. I know, TMI, but that's just the facts. I am working on me and this time I'm trying to live this life for real. Realistic goals and allowing realistic change. Change the mindset and I can change my life. This weigh in this morning is after a week on my diet plan. My actual weight last Friday was 236 when I visited the ED. That's a 7.8 lb weightloss this week. I'll take it.
