I know that the scale does not reflect exactly what I have done for this week but I am not going to let get me down. I am going back to my original way of weighing in, I am only going to weigh once a week. I had been reading that that some way everyday to see the way their bodies go up and down. I do not find that helpful for me. I lost 3 pounds in a week and I should be very proud but hanging in the back of my mind is the 5 that the scaled showed Friday. For me I am back to weighing once a week.

Tonight is Relay for Life in Cullman County. Please pray for all who have cancer, have had cancer and their families. In the last year, I lost a stepson to melanoma, niece to sarcoma, sister-in-law to breast cancer and a cousin to lung cancer, all within the past 7 months. I have also lost a Grandma to colon cancer and an aunt to breast cancer. Cancer touches us all in some way or another, please take a moment to pray for a cure and all the people impacted by cancer.

My body is killing me, I do believe it is going to rain today or at least my body says it is going to rain. I may have to move my Friday workout to Saturday.
My weight loss for this week is a little miss leading. The numbers are correct, I have been working out for 2 months but I am just now getting real with what I eat. I am eating whatever I want, I am just counting it all now that I have found this wonderful site. If I go out to eat, I research my meal the day before and print what I have decided to eat and carry the list with me to help me remember what I have chosen to stay within my calories for the day.

Wow, this has been a tough week. I finally got Nancy to come over to my house to do Pilates 10 minute abs. We had to do it before midnight, so she came over at 11:30 to do it before the day changed. I had better get to bed so we can workout in the morning.
