The fair last night was good! Only ate a little bit compared to years before. We are going back Monday after my cast comes off and I have my plan ready. I am excited to get back to running because my weight just falls off then!

After not weighing myself all week this was my number today! Happy Dance!!! This week is a huge fairn in my area. I plan on going twice, spreading out my indulgences and hopefully I don't blow all this hardwork!

So today I experimented with clean eating, making vegetables and fruit the basis to my 3 meals and snacks if possible. I am feeling full without a heavy and sick feeling. I drank plenty of water and had some tea and will have one more before bed. I see why people are so onto this. I know it will be challenging but I think I need to switch to the clean eating style.

So I noticed something today. I have been working my abs and upper body since I fracture my ankle and today when I looked at my stomach I noticed something. Maybe this is weird but it is something I notice. My belly button was higher. I noticed a while ago how on fit people the navel was a lot higher then mine was. So I am calling it a NSV. I definitely need to start taking measurements.
