Late yesterday I had a week moment and caved in to some cheetos. But I didn't let myself feel like giving up. I regrouped and got control. I didn't allow myself to think that Ive blown it I might as well not try anymore today. I ate good the rest of the day so for that I feel like I had a successful day.

Ok so I started this shrink down yesterday against everyone suggestion because we are snowed in here in the south. It would have been fun to just eat junk and drink hot chocolate but I did prepare for these days. I bought lots of healthy low fat low cal foods. So that being said..i was very hungry but I did really well. A couple of times I wanted something I knew I shouldn't but I didn't give in and at the end of the day I was proud of myself. My son and I went for a walk in the snow and did some sledding so I feel I also got in my exercising and probably even more so than if i had worked yesterday. Just gotta keep my mind set on my goals and get this weight off this time. I'm going to do it. 2011 is my year!!!!!!
