UGH! I am right back to 220 pounds. This is what I weighed when I was pregnant with my children. The bad thing is, they are 18 & 19 now. I try to be happy with the body that I have. I am 5'3-3/4" at 220 pounds. I wear a size 14. That is not that big. So I resign myself to just be happy. T H E N - someone takes a picture of me. I realize that somehow I am distorting that image in the mirror to look good. Pictures do not lie. It makes me so depressed and then I EAT MORE. This cycle. It is killing me. I feel like I do good all week. Then 1 meal - 1 meal undoes everything that I worked so hard on during the week. HOW? HOW can I make the change? I work full time, but never seem to make time for exercise. I always say tomorrow. Is there really hope? Is it really an option to change after so many years....
