The weight is just falling off! If this keeps up I will be at my goal weight in no time! This is too cool.
I got this cool E-book, the Overfed Head, another spin on intuitive eating. It's a great read, I got it for freeeeeee! Best price, right? :D
We are going to a carnival today around lunchtime. If I wanted to I could eat there, but I truly feel ill thinking about eating carny food other than maybe an ice cream cone, cotton candy or a handful of peanuts. Their actual food is all so greasy I don't even enjoy it. I think I will have a light breakfast before working out, then eat an early lunch before we go.
Have a good one everyone!

Intuitive Eating is awesome! I'm actually losing instead of keeping steady like I have the last few months.
I haven't been journaling my food, I don't really feel the need to.
I am doing well at recognizing hunger and realizing when it is stress or boredom. Stopping at satisfied before continuing on to "full" is sometimes challenging. It's amazing how much less it actually takes to satisfy me than I thought. Two bites of a brownie. One quarter of an ice cream cone. 3/4 of a slice of pizza. Sometimes my brain still wants more, when my body wants to stop. That's the challenging part. But I can let it go because when I am hungry again, I can have whatever I want. I like to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, it allows me to be inluded with my family, so I eat an amount that will allow me to be hungry by the next meal. I have been trying to include fruits, vegetables and whole grains wherever possible. I also like to have a teeny bit of dessert with lunch or dinner, or both! A tiny bit satisfies(DARN!! :D). Snacking in the afternoon, a former daily occurance, has become erratic, like I might have a snack ever few days, but usually I am more concerned about being hungry for dinner, and don't want to spoil it. After all, its all about maximizing pleasure over time. It's a process, but I'm feeing really good and enjoying the journey.
