100 ml full cream milk
? g Jelly
4 viennas ( ? g)
2 blue berry sparkle sweets (? g)
1 orange sweet (?g)
1 rice cake (?g)
18 g hot chocolate
12 candela sugar tablets (12 kj = 3 kcal)
2 1/2 pieces of marevelous popping/jelly candy (?g )

from tomorrow I must try to get rid of all those sweet stuff ( the jelly fine , it a weight loss jelly and I eat it occasionally as a treat or to get rid of hunger for a while)

have to weigh all my food!!

Hot chocolate occasionally as it is under 50 kcal per cup

Tomorrow it is:

10 g of weet bix (honey flavour)
100 ml full cream milk
? g of chicken ( probably less than 30 g)

Finally 51. Has soya milk with 1 pc dark chocolate . an breakfast bar a little tomato and 2 teaspoons of mouse (low fat, low sugar kind)
