Went away for the weekend and definitely put on weight! ate so much crap and sweets during the road trip!
Last weeks avg was 83.45.
This morning before my run I weighed, 85.1, then after too, and it was 84.7.
Can you lose 400g of water?!
so averaging this one at 84.9.
