I'm still working on adjusting my eating habits but I know I didn't do well yesterday. My Valentine's Day meal was lunch at our favorite Chinese buffet. The sushi was great as always but why do the crab rangoons call to my soul. I definitely had too many. I knew I was in for a more intense workout today because of it.
Tomorrow is weight/measurement day and I'm a little nervous as to what number I'm going to see. I just have to remind myself that it is a work in progress....I am a work in progress....and changes will continually be made until the final product is what I like.

Have any of you here done a GrowWithJo workout? I've seen some great comments on her YouTube videos but I'd like some opinions from someone on here who has actually used her videos to lose weight. Are they motivational, fun, too hard for a beginner, do they work, things like that? If you have a favorite please feel free to share. Thanks guys 😊

At Disney this weekend so I'm going to try my best to resist temptation. But if I fail, at least I'll get in a lot of walking so hopefully that will help.

So I guess I'm going to try this again after a couple years. Now I just have to find a good routine for myself and stick to it. The past few weeks I have been consistently working out at home 3 to 5 days a week but I'm still in search of the exact workout(s) I want to do. I'm sure I'll find a keeper soon.
I have also increased my water intake. I usually live in a perpetual state of dehydration so drinking more throughout the day has been a challenge but I'm getting used to it. So now that I'm staying on top of that it's time to start logging my meals. And here we are....
Baby steps, but if that's what it takes for me to keep up with getting healthy and in shape, then so be it.
