Weigh in after the house is now empty of mince pies and chocolate! Relaxed a bit too much over Christmas. At some points needed to scan food into FS faster than being at an Aldi checkout 😁 Still below target but I'd like a few pounds wiggle room. Tough with lockdown, no gyms etc.

Bit surprised at quite a relatively large drop, guess weight can fluctuate a bit. It gives me a bit of wiggle room just below my target, think I need that 'in the bank' in readiness for Christmas. Back to shopping on line which, for me, reduces temptation a little bit. But why when you check out on line do they think you want to add loads of chocolate and cake? 😁 The supermarkets should be forced to remove 'favourites', 'things you might like' and 'things others like you bought' at checkout point. That would be much more helpful 😁 although less tasty.

100g but I'm ok with that, I'm at my goal weight but ideally I would like 1 or 2kg wiggle room. I have found out this last week though that controlling calories can be a bit like controlling coronavirus. For every day calorie restrictions are eased, five days of tighter calorie restrictions are needed ☹️ I bought 6 mince pies the other day (big mistake), ate them all in one day (I should know better) and spent the last 5 days working them off. Maybe I stick to click and collect where there's less temptation???

0.7kg down and I'm really happy my Salter bathroom scales calculate my BMI at 25 for the first time in years. I'm having fun linkng FitBit and FS so you see what goes in and out - lockdown has some advantages! My problem is my step is almost twice that of my wife's so I seem to have to do double the distance to get the same number of steps. Thanks for everyone's support, I also find it a great help reading many comments containing great suggestions. The general theme seems to be keep trying different things, what works for one might not work for others. And some of the pictures and recipes really are awesome 😁
