Dang almost forgot Extra gum has a new line out called Desert Delights I have tried them all and most are really good but the big news is try the Apple Pie flavor...I was seriously just expecting a cinnamon apple flavored gum but this stuff really tastes like Apple Pie! I can even taste the crust, it is like some wierd WIlly WOnka crazy thing. I keep thinking about Veruca Salt LMAO!

Crazy stressful week but I stayed true to my course. Weight loss seems to be slowing a bit but then I knew that was comming and I am actually suprised it did'nt happen sooner. Still 2-3 lbs a week is a very respectable number and the really great news is I'm out of my 230's!! HAHAHAHAHAHA ok that laugh was a little crazy scary but you get the point I am happy with the results. My best advice to anyone out there is this dont live life with regrets.
