uma dúvida (sem hate prfvr, estou realmente tentando entender): eu me sentia extremamente faminto comendo apenas 1500 calorias (ou até menos, dependendo do dia) e resolvi aumentá-las. consumo 2000 calorias (para manter o peso - peso 63,65kg) e tava só perdendo peso. hoje eu fui me pesar e ganhei 200 gramas, tô fazendo algo de errado? pq eu tô satisfeito já com meu peso e quero mantê-lo, mas sempre fico nessa. um exemplo: começo com 63kg, aí no outro dia 62kg, passou mais um 63,30kg, passou outros 63,70kg, passou outro 62,60kg etc...
