Day 4
I had a sort of rough night got very emotional and stressed out..but I'm going to try to wash today clean. I have my work out this morning with my mother and my sister (best support team ever!). I'm just going to focus on that and try to forget everything else.. except my son! wish me good luck...

I DID IT!! and let me just say Tony lied it was no 30mins .... lets try 45mins to be exact.. an hour if you count pausing the dvd half way to make my son a bottle and get him set up and comfortable (which is sometime harder then working out since he loves to move once you go to walk away heh) but I did not sit once... kinda proud of myself I must say... I will do the work out one more time tonight. Motherhood calls, my son wants to play now.. I'll check in later.

Day 2
I woke up today with my daily alarm (my son) changed a dirty diaper and made my breakfast: 1 egg cooked on a grill, not fried, 1 tbsp of shredded cheese, a slice of grilled ham (less than 30cal.) and a slice of tomato all on 100% whole grain whole wheat toasted english muffin..It's delicious! i washed it all down with a glass of cold iced tea sweetened with no cal. sweetner.....so far so good.
After breakfast I will place my son in his favorite jumperoo and then I will pop in the dvd "Power 90 In-Home Boot Camp for Men & Women". It's a 30 min work out lead by Tony Horton.... wish me good luck, yesterday I worked out for 15 mins and felt like fainting haha.
