I just gain a few pounds of weight during my last semester of school. Yes, I'm a stress eater. I get stressed easily and going to the gym seems like a burden for me especially when I feel guilty that I should be studying or doing required assignments. Troubles of a student's life. Yep. This weight took a quite leap on my weight scale. And, I definitely don't feel comfortable in my current body. I can feel a great weight change from before. Today commences my first day of getting back to shape.

Evening,
Today, I realized that I'm very worried about my teeth lately since I am becoming older, I know the jist of having poor oral hygienic practices.
I do brush my teeth once in the morning and once in the evening which includes once per day flossing. Lately, I've been focusing on how to prevent my teeth from acid erosion. I know that I must limit my sugar levels and limit carbs on a daily basis. Problem is, this is what I like to eat :( So, a change of diet, perhaps?
Ever since, I started noticing spaces in my teeth. I feel the basis of the problem is acid erosion, lack of proper flossing, and tongue thrusting.
Today, I made a decision. I vow to avoid sugary foods and limit my carbs to a low level. I shall make this lifestyle change if I would like to keep my condition of my teeth excellent until old age. It's difficult to make a change but this is for the better. I'll comment further in my journey. No doubt. I will lose weight due to this lifestyle change starting today.
