Well I started cutting weight following my GF making her target weight at WW. So I was starting to follow WW since I had learned enough about it while my GF was on it.
Ideally I would like to make 190. All the tables say my ideal weight should be 180. The 180 ship sailed a long time ago and it ain'ta never gonna see no port again. In college, working out, eating fairly well and everything else I could do I probably dropped below 200 and maybe when I spent 6 months in California and was very depressed I might have gotten to 190.
I figure it will be fairly easy to drop the first 20. I started out a little over 240 but I don't remember the date. It was within October 09 though. I dropped about 10#s in around 2 weeks.
I signed up for one of the challenges. New Year, New You...... It calls for 10% weight reduction by New Years. Since I'm currently at 230, probably a little less by weigh in Sunday, I figure I will have to drop 20-23#s. That will put me under 210, maybe even closer to 200. Thats a pretty good way to start a new year.
