I am in my 40's. I am 145lbs prefer to be 125. I know that people say I am the right weight for my 5'5" frame but I am happier at the 125 mark. I grew up heavy my whole life, and have battled the bulge for years. I have starved myself & tried lots of diets. 2 years ago I went on the medifast diet. Loved it!!! Problem was I could no longer afford it. I have tried the low fat & now the Atkins and am really struggling. I don't know how much or how little to eat. I live in the bathroom night and day from all of the water I drink.No chips, candy, fruit, bread,pasta,potatoes, pop,candy, ice cream, nothing. I have given up everything. I walk a lot as I really like that form of exercise. I also like to do kettle bells. Problem is I have no energy to do the kettle bells. I do love peanuts, creamy peanut butter & kellog's special k crackers. Those are what I lose it on. I tend to really overdo it when I let myself eat other than the good foods. I also will have a slice of flatbread.I just get so hungry. Our family is mostly big, tending to be obese, so I have a huge appetite and never seem to be full unless I eat a lot.I do best if I eat every 2 hours, then i don't get so hungry. Of course the older I am getting the harder it is to lose weight.o this is me in a nutshell. Struggling everyday to not become obese.
