Have NAFLD and elevated triglycerides and low HDL. Most people would call me thin, but maybe if they could see my liver they wouldn't think so!

Restricting grains and sugar. I've added back small quantities of fruit and heavily diluted fruit juice to see if anything changes. Now I'm also adding back 'slo-carbs' like buckwheat and whole wheat pasta.
