I am 55 years old and have been in the food industry for 35 + years. I follow a low carb lifestyle and have been doing this since July 2017. I have a health and nutrition blog as well as an online Sourdough Bread Bakery. I started making my own bread many years ago and Sourdough is the only wheat bread I consume. I am training for a half marathon in October this year (2018) and I am hoping to run the London Marathon next year (2019) I have two children, girl aged 13 and boy aged 8. My partner also follows a low carb lifestyle. We always support and motivate one another. Life is a journey and we should just enjoy the ride. :)
