I am a 46 year old women. I have two children and have been married for 25years. I have struggled with weight loss all my life. Never to the extent of having over 100pounds to lose. I became completed disabled 5 years ago and have struggled every since. I have spinal stenosis, and nerve pain down my legs due to top spine not being connected to Lower spine. Well there connected know which left nerve damage that runs down both legs. Walking, exercise of any kind has been out of the questioned. But I am alive and happy about that. I have developed sleep apnea, I have been lucky not to have developed any other diseases associated with obesity. I am joining the because others may know how I am feeling.
