I am a 20 year old woman who really just needs a lifestyle change. I am a makeup artist, and since I met my bf we have both been steadily gaining weight. Young and in love and eating alot ;). The point is in the last year and a half I had gained about 20 pounds.
I just haven't been working out like I used to, and just ate tons of junk.
I have started to make my lifestyle change.
I have all ready lost about 5 pounds of weight putting me in at 155, and now that I am on this website I am hoping to lose another 20 to get to my goal weight of 135 pounds.
I am looking for all the inspiration and help I can get!
