I'm 24 and have been overweight for the past 3 years. I was of average size up until I turned 21....and I believe my days of college (beer & bad food) just caught up with me. I am looking to lose about 65 pounds and get back to my weight of 150. My boyfriend lost 40 lbs on South Beach a few years ago, and has kept it off. He is my motiviation and inspiration :)
