I'm 73 years of age. I moved to Orefon 3 years ago & just love the beauty. Since my 20's I have always weigh d between 120-125 lbs. other than my pregnancies. I was a smoker since age 19 and in 2010 I finally quit. A month later I have a serious surgery & from that time I have gained over 35 lbs. for my small frame that is too much for my size 6 feet. I am hoping to average at least 2 lbs. per week. I am borderline diabetic, so it is important for me to discipline myself..
