I am a 30 year old female who is about 50 lbs overweight. I have always been very healthy until recently. It's like I hit 30 and boom! my health, weight, etc has just gone to pot. Suddenly my LDL's are elevated, I can hardly bend down to touch my toes without feeling uncomfortable, and I feel bloated and fat all the time.
I recently realized that it is time for some serious change.
So, I am taking my future into my hands, understanding that it is up to me make a difference in my own life. This is my life, I have control over it and I am going to change what I don't like about it.
