I am a 34 year old stay at home mom of 5 married to my best friend! I am jsut starting an internet business and in addition to career changes, I want to make physical changes as well. I never struggled with my weight until after I had my first child. I have tried several times to lose over the years, but always end up gaining a few pounds instead. I am determined to once and for all take off the extra pounds and keep them off. I am looking forward to hearing other stories on here and to motivate and be motivated by other members!
