I was always skinnier, around 60kg at 5'4" until I moved out of home, of which the allure of binge eating chocolate and takeaway ballooned my weight to 80-85kg. In the last seven years, I lost 12kg in a 10 week challenge, gained it all back, used the gym as a crutch, and have been consistently yo-yoing between 75-85kg since, all the while using MyFitnessPal then Fat Secret very inconsistently. I've never had a healthy attachment to food, even when smaller, so would like to improve both mental and physical health.
