Hi, I am a FOOD ADDICT and have been one most of my life. I have been on Atkins before when I was 40 and lost 50+ lbs and looked and felt great. But as the story goes I gained it all back. I am now 50, female and have Type II Diabetes. I felt my body slowing dying and in the morning when I got out of bed my body really ached. I'm tired of feeling this way so I started Atkins 2 weeks ago and joined the gym. It's not all peachy cause this new way of life hurts. I'm always hungry and the gym of course HURTS. I know I'm not doing Atkins right and slowly but surely I will get it right. I'm learning from my mistakes and learn something new from Atkins. Please follow me on this hard journey.
