I want to be accountable for my food choices. I've regained some of the weight I had lost. Thankfully, caught it before it got me back to where I started.

I am almost 6' tall, my goal is 185, Right now I want to lose 10% of my body weight. That seems to be a more reasonable immediate goal :)
