I am 55, 6' tall and I have always weighed 200-220. I used to run a lot and was in very good shape. I have had many health problems in the past 10 years - cancer and chemo; bad motorcycle accident fracturing 12 bones; back injury (I have a herniated disc). Because of my progressive pain in the past 3 years, I gained 74 lbs. So now I weigh 294! I have a very hard time working and exercising because of my pain and obesity. In addition I now have high blood pressure, diabetes, and sleep apnea - mostly due to my weight gain. I have not been doing well at all with my battle to loose weight, but I really would like to loose at least 80 lbs in the next year,
