57 and I've got that darn belly thing going on! I hate it! Unfortunately where I work I sit all day. I walk as much as I can at work and during lunch striving for at least 5000 - 10000 steps per day but sometimes it's a struggle. I also have a home business that needs attention after I get home from work and that keeps me stuck at the computer at night! I love Yoga but just can't seem to fit it in anymore. GGGGRRRRRRRRRR!
If I had enough money I would open up a Doggy Day Care!
Separated I have 3 Kids, 4 Grandsons, 2 Weimaraners, 1 Great Dane and a pint sized geriatric siamese cat that's as ornery as they come! Life is good! My dogs are therapy dogs and it's a lot of fun but a big commitment. Proud Christian Conservative. I love to read be with my church groups.
Love just spending time with the my family and yucking it up, watching the Cleveland Browns or hanging out & watching movies with my daughter.
Family is my reason for getting up every day. I used to teach aerobics and miss that kind of activity but I'm just not up to that anymore. I'm interested in any pointers anybody has so I can downsize ME!
