An older dad with two boys both still at primary school, although the oldest boy is currently in his last year. I find if I don't track my food I start putting on weight. For two years now I have reached my goal, got bored with recording my entries and have then piled on the pounds. Not sure if I'll crack it this year but you never know.
I like to keep away from processed food, and I'm trying to do my bit for the planet by reducing my meat consumption.
