love meeting new people. married,20 years, husband ( marines ) .. have 4 kids, all in their 20's. 1 grandson.1 granddaughter i have high blood pressure, cholesterol,diabetic,low iron. i started out at 245 pds. i can be crazy at times. i'm really looking forward to looseing my weight. was in wheel chair for over a year. and in bed for almost 6 months before that. so i need to loose the weight that i put on durning that time. would love to get back down to 140 pds.i'm now down to 197 pounds as of this morning. IT IS A SLOW JOURNEY. BUT I'M NOT GIVING UP. I KNOW I'LL REACH MY GOAL ONE day
i still have problems with my lower back and legs. but i try my best to work through the pain. i do as much exercise as i can.
