I am a 20 year old college student working full time for the summer. I used to dance for a few hours every day and that kept me under 130 throughout high school.
When I started college I was about 138 and then went down to 133, and at the start of this summer I was 146.
So my goal is 130 for when I go back to school and hopefully over the long run I will get to 125-120. I have been walking briskly 5 days a week for 45 minutes as well as doing an exercise video or an additional walk/jog about 3 or 4 times a week. I also have been paying attention to my caloric intake and drinking lots of water.
I have a major weakness for sweets and carbs so I am trying to cut back, but still enjoying a couple every now and then!
