So i am backk.. Its been a while. And I was trying to do it on my own, but not particularly succeeding. I have changed my ideals a little about this whole process. My body changed over the summer, and that was very hard on me. But I am willing to work with the newer body that I have. I am no longer trying to lose a bunch of weight so I can look like my friends. I would like to live & eat healthier. If this leads to weight loss, awesome. If not, I am okay with that. I will try to stick to healthier foods, not snack at night, work out or exercise as much as possible. We'll see how this goes(:
