I am trying to get my sexy back in time for a friends wedding in September. I know that I would not have reach my goal by that time, but I want to be about 40 pounds lighter by then. I have three kids that and I have always devoted my time and energy to them. Now it is my turn to take a little time for myself and get back in shape. I have a loving partner that supports everything that I do. Therefore, I am sure that I will accomplish my goals if I work hard at it and stay dedicated to the plan.
