I am a 58 year old Dermatology nurse. I live in the deep south with DH and one 18 year old son. I have started this diet because of course I think I am too fat and someone told me I couldn't lose 20 lbs before upcoming motorcycle trip. I have my own motorcycle and my husband has his so naturally IF I don't lose I'll just go and leave him behind.LOL. Hopefully, also it is a great way to meet new friends from different parts of the US. Would love to be diet buddy to someone and offer and get encouragement.
