I'm 43 years old, originally from the UK (Belfast) but moved to Holland 9 years ago to be with my (now) husband! Yoyo dieter, manage to stick to it for quite sometime but when I stop, I stop for a looooong time and then end up far worse than when I started. Like now. Need to get back on the straight and narrow and lose at least 10kg but preferably 15kg+
