Okay, so here's the low-dow. I had a baby last September (as seen in pic). She's the joy of my life, but I'm now 187 lbs and this is the heaviest I have ever been. I can't stand my body or my life at this weight. I can't do the things that I want to do and I'm terrified of the day when my marriage begins to suffer because of my lack of care for myself. Today is the day for a change. I will no longer be the person I have been because that person is not the real me. Watch out world, the healthy, happy me is ready to break free! :)
