I am 5'8''. My goal is to get to BMI between 19 and 23, and reduce BF down between 10 and 14. I am currently attending the gym at least 4 times a week.
I am very interested in HIIT. I was a smoker and now I've been without cigarettes for over 2 weeks (using patches). I had a right shoulder labrum repair surgery about a year and a half ago. I would like to increase my cardiovascular, endurance, strength, and muscle mass while getting rid of the fat .
