I'm 31 yo. I’ve struggled with being overweight all my adult life. Back in 2016 my weight was 165 pounds and I lost 33 pounds and was in my best shape ever. Over the next few years I gained some weight back but was still satisfied with how I looked.
But in the last two years I’ve gained 22 pounds.
So now I’m strict with my diet and work out at least three times a week.
As of August 2022, my goal for this year is to lose 22 pounds.
