Ok here it goes!! Have been to the dietitian today and got a shock: weighed 92kg+ (202,4 lb + !!!). That is nearly a kilo a month since last time my gp weighed me in april. Need to control my eating: I am an emotional eater and tend to mindlessly eat when bored. I knew that I was not following a healthy diet, but I did't think is was that out of control!! Got a personalized diet and so here I am, hoping to find other people to support (and hopefully who will support me!!!) and get to a healthy weight.
I should be graduating next july/september and what to weigh less than 60kg (33kg less than now) and after that planning to have children with my husband!!!
