Here I go again on a journey trying to become a healthier me and drop a few pounds. I have done it before put some how I always manage to put the weight back on. This time I am determined to get it off and keep it off. I am ready to live a healthier, active life and stop worrying about my weight and how it makes me look. I am a married mother of 2 wonderful children, an athletic 13 year old boy and an active 3 year old girl, I need to lose weight just to be able to keep up with them. I was very excited when I found this site because of all the helpful information it seems to have and the network of people with the same goal.
