So my name is Robyn. I am permanently on a diet... I have one of those fabulous bodies that gains 2kg just looking at the wrong food. Normally I know just what to do to keep my weight down, but lately I seem to be battling - I quit smoking about 7 months back and since then I just cant keep my weight under control (I gained over 10kg - Ouch!). Hoping that by joining fat secret and by keeping a journal I might get myself back into my wardrobe *holding thumbs*

Unfortunately I have some psyche issues regarding weight... I can get horribly despondent and depressed if I am overweight which then affects how I interact with my friends and family - basically I go from self assured in control woman to silly needy girl. Not a cool place to be! I prefer being a kick ass chick :-)
