I lost 60 lbs on weight watchers almost 20 years ago after my son was born. I gain about 35 lbs after he died in Aug of 2004 and now I am back to where I started after he was born. FAT FAT FAT> Depression overcame me and just quit caring about anything. I am trying to come to terms to this day with the loss of my child. I hope by taking care of myself physically that inturn I will start to take care of myself mentally. Any help would be wonderful.
