Hello Fellow Dieters,

I'm Janine, 28 year old mother and wife. I'm 5'11 and weighing about 275 pounds. I have been going up in weight since the birth of my daughter 6 years ago. I have finally decided to get serious and take my life into my own hands. My husband is a workout buff and he looks great. Besides dieting I will be working out with him at least 3 times a week. My goal is to lose at least 25 pounds by the end of the year.

I am open to new ideas and I'd love the support of anyone here.
