Well I am in a situation where my brother is so much more fit than me (I know excuses excuses) and I'm constantly negative and discouraged ,however I love to cook (I'm no that good what so ever but...) so this may be a way that I can get healthier! My only concern is that I, personally, NEVER stick with anything and that scares me a bit but this is a new beginning or a new frontier, if you will, so lets get started!
